What is up with this place? Who would of thought a classy place like this existed in Puyallup. The food is amazing~ starting w/the wonderful aroma coming from the kitchen. The plate presentation, depth of flavors, and the satisfying taste of fresh ingredients. The lounge is extremely romantic w/an urban city feel. The Martinis... YUMMY, some of my favorites are the Honeydew, Nuts & Berries, and Keylime. There is a flavor to fit everyone! |

After the Hungry Goose didn't honor my coupon the first time, as stated in the above coupon review, I did receive an email from the owner, Tim Hall. He apologized and went above and beyond the norm to please us. I'm happy to announce we used our Free Dinner offer and we are back to loving this fine gem. Thank you Tim for your awesome customer service! We love this restaurant and will be telling everyone about it! |

This restaurant rivals big names in big towns. Erik's Almost Famous Salmon is excellent and its a safe choice for those less adventurous folks. But if you want to try a meal that is daring and divine...Black and Bleu. This top sirloin is my favorite dish... so far. |

The food is average but don't even try and use the coupon that came in the mail. It states "BUY ONE ENTREE AND GET 2ND ENTREE AT 50% OFF". Coupon stated it was good for use any day except Monday. We were there on Tuesday. It did not specify if it was for lunch or dinner, so one would assume it was for either meal time. When I presented the coupon to our server, she stated that it was a misprint and the coupon was only good for dinner time. She refused to honor the coupon. This is dishonest advertising. Any decent establishment would have honored the coupon, chalking it up to their mistake. In return they would have gained a repeat customer and positive word of mouth advertising. Unfortunately, I feel I was taken advantage of and for this reason I will not be returning to The Hungry Goose. I will be sure and let others know to watch out for the misleading mailers from this establishment. |

We're so thankful a friend mentioned this place to us... cause the food is top grade. Thanks for the friendly service and good food. I enjoy Ed Taylor live jazz and will come back again to hear him perform. I have to also mention this place is amazingly unusual for a small town like Puyallup. Only Boston seems to have little cozy places like this bistro. High marks! Thanks. |

Okay, my wife decided to drag me down to this silly place called the Hungry Goose Bistro. The very moment I walked in the door, I knew why she did! I was struck by the pure level of class this place has, and it's next to a crummy bowling alley... which is hilarious! The food is just amazing. Guys, forget the Outback Steakhouse, this is the bomb! This restaurant belongs in Tacoma --- Puyallup doesn't deserve it. |
