On my many visits to Brownwood, dining was not one of the things I looked forward to. However, after being introduced to Steve's, all of my preconceived notions about Brownwood have changed. The only trouble is choosing between delicacies. If you visit Brownwood, make sure you visit Steve's. Great food, great decor, and a guaranteed great experience. |

The city of Brownwood is truly blessed to have such a wonderful eating establishment. I have traveled all across the US and few restaurants compare to SM&D. The food, the atmosphere, and the service are the best you can find. This level of quality can only come from people who put their hearts and souls into their product. You can search far and wide, but Steve and Steven are two of the most wonderful people you will ever be blessed in meeting. I always look forward to having the opportunity to visited and dine at their restaurant. |

The weather changes....the days change..
and so do a persons food choices...and
choices is what you get at Stevs' Market
and Deli. I can eat there on a cool, rainy day and have the best soup-of-the-day..three days later I eat there when it's 95 degrees and have the best grilled chicken caesar salad around. It's
honestly a flip of the coin to decide on a Sandwich-a-la-Steve. The service is top notch and I feel very at home there...Thanks Steves' |

Just letting the guys know that this is no "women's tea room"...no lacy curtains
but big servings of delicious sandwiches
and soup. A coffee drinker I am....and they have some great blends....the specialty teas are a favorite too. I go as often as I can which is not near often as I would like. The owners know how to make their customers welcome....
and very well fed.....Check 'em out. |

I try to eat at Steves' EVERY time I am in Brownwood. Their menu is so yummy you could eat it! Try anything and your stomach and body will thank you. And about the price -- it is not expensive, especially considering you are getting huge portions of homemade, handmade goodness. I recommend it all! Plus, Steve and Steve are such personable and lovely people. Everyone should have a Steve (or two!) in their life! |
