While the sauce is exceptional, it actually doesn't "ferment". It can even be used the same day. It's made up in batches of about 10 gallons at a time with a secret recipe that only the owner knows. He's very protective of his special sauce.
But it's the god's honest truth about the garlic bread with cheese!!! |

This is the best pizza you will ever try. The sauce is stll made by hand in small batches and allowed to ferment for a week. Whole wheat dough and, buffalo maet and shrimp are just a few of many items. Try the open face garlic bread with cheese and you'll never go anywhere else again. |

Everything is made to order, so it does take a while to get your food, but it is awesome! |
