Pellegrino's always has good hot subs and daily soups. Catering is a nice change from Chinese and pizza. It's close enough to the University of Rochester campus to walk there on a nice day. Low-carb wheat tortillas are offered as a substitution to their good bread. |

I have frequented pelligrino's for several years; the last few times have been a real disapointment- slow service with lots of little mistakes, and when the subs finally arrive, they just aren't worth the wait...the rolls are mediocre and the contents sloppily put together. they do have good soup... |

I tend to place orders at least once every two weeks and they always do a great job. The food great, the service is punctual and the prices..eh, I could always wish for lower prices but all in all, the subs are a great alternative to pizza for large events. |

This place is hands down the best place to get a hot sub in the city. Chicken in the grass, gyro, steak philly, are all tantalizing, but the best is the buffalo chicken. Simply amazing. |

Great food, relaxed atmosphere. They have a student meal combo that is affordable and good. The subs are really big and filling. Service is quick and restaurant is clean. Daily soup specials are excellent. |
