This place offers the best of both worlds. Great place for lunch during the day...and at night it becomes Kansas City's finest Italian restaurant. They are also the finest caterers in town covering any type of event. This is the only place we take our out of town guests to dine. |

Like many great little neighborhood style restaurants this one has remodeled and repriced itself. We used to go all the time the last several times the food has been good but the service never great has gotten worse. This has been compounded by about a 20% increase in price across the board. A combination that is sure to drive out the old customers. Recently when there it has been empty. I guess I am slow learner. |

Not only does this place have the best meatball in the city (no disrespect to Mario's or JJ's), but the people who work here are among the nicest anywhere. The dinner entrees are great, as are the quick lunch options. Joe has turned this place into what I think is the best restaurant in KC. |

This place has the best Italian cusine in K.C. - The Chef Mario comes up with the most incredible vitles. Chicken Ramano and mary's chicken is great along with the Marios Filet |

I was at the restaurant early and within an hour the place was on a wait list. It is the best kept secret. I even saw the KC Chiefs head coach Dick Vermil in there. |

I was brought to Accurso's Main Street Deli with the comment, "I can't believe you've never eaten at The Deli. You're in for a treat!" They were right. I ordered something small, a chili-cheese-dog. Small my eye. One of the nicest things about Accrurso's is that there is no such thing as a "small" portion. I had to take part of my dog home to finish another day. Since then, I have been there many times, seeking new items on their menu to sample. All of them, it is my pleasure to say, were a delight. When you go, don't forget to check on the daily specials. They are often the best thing that's not on the menu! Enjoy the great service, take a trip down Memory Lane looking at the walls, and eat like you wish you could every day. |
