Well it's happened again. I ask for a particular type of pizza and the final result is never what I have ordered. I order the same pizza every Wednesday night, but somehow it is always different than the week before.
I called tonight to tell the manager that I was dissatisfied with the pizza, and told him the butter crust was definitely not butter crust. "Dwayne told me he made the pizza himself, then I asked for his manager. Mike Kazbour promised that he had made it himself. So who really made my pizza with no butter crust and no light sauce? Then I asked for Mike's manager. He gave me the name of Ziad Kazbour. Gee, same last name as Mike. I am sure that he will really care about the quality of my pizza.
Anyway, they said they would re-make my pizza, but I had long made other arrangements for my family's dinner, since none of them would eat the pizza. Does anyone care about the quality of pizza I receive? So far, I must say no. I know it's just a pizza, but I am tired of paying for a product my family refuses to eat. Any suggestions? |
